We want you to love your Umberto Giannini products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure products are in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your unused products in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, including the packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
